It should be commone sense as its widely stated all over the internet and should be common sense with "Doc internet".  This only applies to those sessions beyond the basic FBSM. MY FBSM  is the same as any fbsm...HANDS ONLY, but I do allow RESPECTFUL mutual touch. For those that have never had a FBSM that means no touching below the waist. For 99% of providers any type of touch "going South" is a FS activity. For this reason I only see certain groups of people because in some cultures they teach men that it's ok to be physically aggressive and disrespectful toward woman.
